    Overview

    The HEPA-AIRE® H2KM is a contractor-grade portable negative air machine with two fixed speeds (2,000 / 1,300 CFM), a rugged 20-ga galvanized steel cabinet, and a true 99.97% @ 0.3 µm HEPA final filter. It rolls through standard doorways and runs on a normal 120 V / 15 A circuit—ideal for abatement, restoration, and healthcare construction.

    • Three-stage path: 1" polypad prefilter → 2" pleated prefilter → true HEPA; optional VAPOR-LOCK® carbon prefilter

    • Job-site build & mobility: 20-ga galvanized steel, swing-out prefilter door with cam latch, two fixed + two locking 4" swivel casters

    Installation (setup & use)

    1. Position & secure: Place on a level surface; lock swivel casters.

    2. Select mode:

      • Negative pressure: Exhaust filtered air to a safe location; monitor differential pressure with a calibrated gauge.

      • Recirculation / Positive supply: Return or supply filtered air to the target space per protocol.

    3. Ducting: Attach 12" flex duct to the outlet; for inlet ducting, use the 12" adapter. Keep runs short and minimize bends.

    4. Power: Plug into a 120 V / 15 A circuit. If an extension cord is unavoidable, use grounded 12-gauge, total length ≤ 50 ft.

    5. Start & verify: Set speed (High/Low), check the filter-change indicator, and verify target pressure/airflow for the containment. Auto-restart occurs after brief power interruptions.
